Standard Policy
Maginut assures the original end-user customer that its products are free from material and workmanship defects for a specified period, depending on the product. Maginut, at its discretion, will repair or replace the warranted product, with the replacement being either brand new or refurbished. All refurbished products undergo rigorous testing to ensure they function identically to new products. Do not attempt to disassemble Maginut products on your own, as this may lead to personal injury or damage to the product. Any form of disassembly will void the limited warranty, and only authorized Maginut personnel may perform repairs on Maginut products. This limited warranty covers only repairs or replacements of Maginut products and does not cover any type of damage or loss resulting from the use or misuse of the product. This limited warranty does not apply to any product whose original identification number has been altered or removed. The limited warranty only covers device malfunctions; it does not cover any damage to the product caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, natural disasters, unusual power supply issues. This warranty does not apply to consumable parts, such as batteries or plastic components, which naturally degrade over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship from Maginut. The limited warranty is void if the product is not used in accordance with the accompanying instructions or intended use. *The supplier's return policy applies to the supplier from whom you purchased the product.
Service Procedure
Defective products may only be returned to Maginut after obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Maginut. If any customer has a question or believes it necessary to return a product for repair, please contact Maginut technical support to obtain an RMA number and instructions to send the product to Maginut's RMA department for repair. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to Maginut. The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation. Please only mail the components that require repair; there is no need to send back the entire product. The RMA number from Maginut must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages received without an RMA number on the exterior will be returned unopened. Ultimately, Maginut will cover the shipping costs of sending the repaired product back to the customer.
