Questions about service & support


Given the specialized nature of each product, we are unable to provide immediate solutions over the phone, and thus we currently do not offer phone customer service. However, we are more than willing and able to address your concerns promptly via email.
Please send the following information to us via email:
  • A clear photo of the invoice or payment receipt.
  • A complete photo of the product, excluding the packaging.
  • Your purchase order ID (if applicable).
  • The product's serial number (if applicable).
You can purchase the necessary parts for the damaged product on the Maginut.com website, and we will provide guidance on how to repair it free of charge.
